Together we will experience Torah in a new and personal way. 

Course Description :

This weekly interactive exploration into the Torah (Parshat HaShavua) will offer you insight into experiencing the portion of the week in a new way, through your character traits and the lens of Mussar (a Jewish spiritual practice). There is plenty of discussion as you derive personal meaning from the Torah's messages and understand the relevance for your life. This class will enable you to experience Torah in a new and personal way.

About the Instructor:
 

Ruth Schapira, founder of Inner Judaism, facilitates educational experiences that provide participants with insight and meaning into our Jewish tradition. She uses creative and contemplative techniques in her work that people have found to be highly meaningful. She has taught for national and international organizations and synagogues. Ruth has a master’s degree in counseling from NYU and has training as a Mussar facilitator. Her blog is rated among the top 50 Jewish blogs.
