Yuliya Mazur-Shlomi was born in Russia and moved to the United States in 1997. She holds a Masters in Jewish Studies, a Masters in Jewish Communal Services, and a Masters in English & Literature. As an educator she is very involved in Limmud NY, and Limmud FSU, where she has served as a volunteer, a member of the organizing committee and a presenter for 10 years.
