Robert Rosen

 

Robert E. Rosen, professor of law, earned an A.B. from Harvard College, an M.A. in Sociology from the University of California at Berkeley, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of California at Berkeley, where he also taught at the Berkeley Lehrhaus. During the 1987-88 academic year, Professor Rosen was on leave at Harvard University as a fellow in Harvard's Program in Ethics and the Professions, and in 1994 he was a research scholar at Stanford Law School. At UM Law, he teaches courses in professional responsibility, corporate compliance and risk management, sociology of law, cruise law, and contracts.
